- Does not direct or control patient referrals
- Does not influence provider decision-making
- Does not restrict or steer patient choice
Healthcare providers and patients retain full independence in selecting services and making care decisions.
Marketing & Outreach Activities
Our marketing and outreach services are limited to:
- Providing general information about a client’s services
- Facilitating awareness within the healthcare community
- Supporting professional relationship-building efforts
All outreach activities are conducted in a manner intended to comply with applicable healthcare laws and regulations.
Administrative Support Services
Administrative services provided by Arete Healthcare Management & Marketing Services are strictly non-clinical and may include:
- Communication support with patients and families (non-clinical only)
- Assistance with follow-up outreach
- General administrative coordination
These services do not replace or interfere with the responsibilities of licensed healthcare professionals.
Regulatory Alignment
Arete Healthcare Management & Marketing Services structures its services to align with applicable federal and state healthcare regulations, including but not limited to:
